Terms of Service for Visual Content Creation
By subscribing to and utilizing our visual content creation services ("Services"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. Our Services include unlimited requests for adjustments to ensure the deliverable aligns with the Client's specifications; however, we make no express or implied warranty that the final product will be entirely error-free or satisfy all subjective preferences. Upon payment completion, Client shall maximize the benefits of their subscription, as payments are non-refundable.
All payments are processed via Stripe, with automatic monthly charges based on the chosen subscription plan. We retain the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional use unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed written agreement. The Client agrees to supply all materials free of third-party intellectual property restrictions; Client assumes sole liability for any claims arising from the use of such materials, including but not limited to copyright or trademark infringement.
These Terms may be revised or updated periodically; continued use of our Services constitutes the Client's acceptance of all modifications. By agreeing to these Terms, Client consents to the application of applicable commercial and intellectual property laws governing digital services, and waives any claims relating to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This means a single weekly shoot would add up to $40,000 to $60,000 per month, and that’s for only four individual projects.
